Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DuoPaid. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

DuoPaid provides scheduling, customer management, SMS/email notifications, and invoicing tools for small trade businesses. We may update or improve features over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. An account may include the owner and one invited helper. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to contact the customers you add.

Acceptable use

You agree to use DuoPaid only for lawful, transactional communication with your own customers who have consented to be contacted. You must not use the service to send marketing spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that violates carrier rules or applicable law (including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM). Messages you send must include an opt-out method.

Billing

DuoPaid is offered on a monthly subscription following a free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DuoPaid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

Termination

You may stop using DuoPaid at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for the service or its messaging providers.
